✦ Carolyn Lennon Vanderhall is an Empowerment Coach, Speaker and founder of A Girl's Journey.  She is based out of Charlotte and Waxhaw NC areas.

​

✦ During her journey as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor, she realized that girls need a safe space to discover their idenity and navigate modern challenges.

​

✦ She founded A Girl’s Journey to provide tween and teen girls with a supportive community where they can connect, develop life skills, practice stress management, and build the mental well-being needed to lead with confidence.

​

✦ Carolyn is available for one-on-one coaching, empowerment groups, workshops, and speaking engagements on the critical issues facing girls today.
