Carolyn Lennon Vanderhall is an  Empowerment Coach, Speaker and founder of A Girl's Journey.  She is based out of Waxhaw and Charlotte NC.

​

During her journey as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor,  She realized that girls need  a safe space to 

 discover who they are and deal with the challenges they face in today's society.

​

She started A Girl's Journey to create a space for tween/teen girls to connect with other girls, learn valuable life skills, cultivate stress management and enhance mental wellbeing to navigate life with confidence!

​

Carolyn is available for one on one coaching, empowerment group sessions, workshops and speaking on topics affecting girls in today's society.
